What are the available payment options?
Unless prior arrangements have been made payment is collected at the time of service.   We do accept PPO, Medicare and Private Insurance that we are contracted with.  Visa/MasterCard & Discover as well as checks are also accepted as form of payment for deductibles and copays.  On approval of credit we offer Care Credit for our Weight Loss Program only.  Please see www.carecredit.com.
